Terms of use

FitSensai is coaching software (training, nutrition, chat). It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a doctor for health decisions. The service is operated by Petar Nikolovski, Kumanovo, North Macedonia.

You are responsible for your login. You must be at least 16, or have parental consent where required by law. You can delete your profile in the app.

The trainer–client relationship is between you and your trainer. FitSensai only provides the platform. The trainer sees coaching data the client enters in that workspace.

Images and text you enter remain yours. AI meal scanning is assistance and can be wrong — verify macros before relying on them.

Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by AgentaOS, an Estonian Merchant of Record. AgentaOS is the legal seller of the transaction: it calculates and collects VAT/tax, issues the invoice, and appears on the card statement. FitSensai delivers the service; AgentaOS handles the sale.

Abuse, unauthorized access attempts, spam, or unlawful use of the service is prohibited.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, downtime, or training or nutrition outcomes. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
