Privacy policy

FitSensai is a coaching platform for fitness trainers and their clients. The legal operator customers contract with is Petar Nikolovski, Kumanovo, North Macedonia. Contact: info@fitsensai.com. Web: https://fitsensai.com.

Depending on whether you are a trainer or client, we may process:

• Account: name, email, password (stored as hash).
• Profile: goals, measurements, language and notification preferences.
• Coaching data: food diary, training logs, plans, check-ins, chat.
• Images you upload for AI meal scanning.
• Optional health: step counts from Apple Health / Health Connect, if you allow.
• Device: push token for notifications.
• Billing: email, name, country and invoice data are processed by AgentaOS as Merchant of Record. We do not receive card numbers.

To provide the service: login, plans, diary, chat with your trainer, reminders, and profile deletion. We do not sell data. We do not use ad tracking.

With your trainer and workspace (to coach you). With hosting and email providers needed to run the app (e.g. server, Resend for password reset and profile deletion). Billing, VAT and invoices: AgentaOS (Estonia), the legal seller of the transaction. We do not share health steps with third parties for marketing. We do not sell personal data.

Steps are read only with your permission and used in the diary. FitSensai does not write data back to Apple Health. This is not a medical product.

We keep data while you have an account. You can request profile deletion in the app; confirmation goes by email. After confirmation, the account and related personal data are deleted.

You can access, correct, or delete data via the app or at info@fitsensai.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR.
